I honestly feel a little sorry for both my husband and the dear friend who had to listen to me cuss and cry through this book. I have always had a squishy spot for sports stories, and Amy Lane always makes me cry, but I don't think I have ever read a book which made me feel so raw and undone. Angst... Well, its Amy freakn' Lane. This is a story which celebrates love and finding a family and making it count. And when it comes right down to it, Amy Lane takes the fucking ball down the fucking court every fucking time.
